Prakash Pant holds meeting with Uttarakhand Adhikari-Karamchari Samanvaya Manch

Dehradun 05 August, 2018- A meeting between officials of the state administration and the office bearers of the Uttarakhand Adhikari-Karamchari Samanvaya Manch under the chairmanship of Uttarakhand Finance Minister Prakash Pant was held at Secretariat on Sunday. The seven point charter of demand of Uttarakhand Adhikari-Karamchari Samanvaya Manch was discussed.

An agreement was reached on the demand of the  Samanvaya Manch on the facility of U- health card.  The Samanvaya Manch thanked the state government for accepting its’ demand on the facility of U-health card to the employees.

After the meeting Cabinet minister Prakash Pant told media persons in an informal talk that it has been decided that the demands of the Samanvaya Manch including the one to grant same pay scales as that of central government employees after careful study would be put forth before the state cabinet. It has also been agreed upon in the meeting that decisions on the issues such as employees in the last year of their service before retirement should be given the option of  posting of their choice under Transfer Act, retention of old pension scheme, promoted pay scales as ACP and retention of earlier system of qualifying service procrastination, would taken after deliberation at the earliset.

 Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh, Secretary Finance Amit Negi, Chief Convenor of Uttarakhand Adhikari-Karamchari Samanvaya Manch Naveen Kandpal, Sunil Dutt Kothari, Convenor Harish Nautiyal, Ramesh Chander Ramola, Purnanand Nautiyal and other officers bearers were present in the meeting .
